How is the Subscription Contract Concluded? 📜

The subscription contract with FAAREN is concluded as follows:

1. Online Conclusion: The contract is concluded exclusively online through our platform. There is no physical written contract.

2. Terms and Conditions: By doing so, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of FAAREN as well as the partner's AGB.

3. Handover Protocol: On-site, you will only sign the handover protocol, which documents the condition of the vehicle.

4. View Details: After booking, you can review all details in the FAAREN customer dashboard and in the subscription confirmation sent via email.

Important Note:

Both the FAAREN AGB and the partner’s AGB apply to the subscription contract.
