      Can I Pick Up the Vehicle on a Weekend or Public Holiday? 📅🚗

      In most cases, it is not possible to pick up the vehicle on a weekend or public holiday.

      Important Information:

      • Pickup: Vehicle pickup is generally only possible on weekdays.
      • Delivery: You may be able to use the delivery service to receive the vehicle on a weekend or public holiday.
      • Arrangement: Contact your mobility partner to discuss possible exceptions or special arrangements. You can find the contact details in your customer dashboard.
