What Happens in Case of Damage? 🚗🛠️

All vehicles are covered by comprehensive and partial insurance. Therefore, all damages are usually covered by the insurance, and you only have to pay up to the included deductible (SB). You can find the amount of the deductible on the vehicle detail page on our marketplace or in your customer dashboard under the subscription details.

Important Steps:

  1. Contact: In case of damage, contact your partner. You can find the contact details in your dashboard.
  2. Damage Report: Alternatively, you can email unfall@faaren.com, and we will forward the damage report to the partner.
