When and How Are Additional Drivers Added? 👥

Additional drivers can be added under certain conditions. Here’s a simple explanation:

1. On-Site or via Email: Adding an additional driver can be done at the FAAREN partner’s location or via email. For this, the front and back of the driver's licenses and IDs are required.

2. Cost: Adding an additional driver is usually free and can be done at any time in agreement with the mobility partner.

Important Conditions According:

1. Authorized Drivers: A vehicle may only be driven by the authorized drivers listed in the booking.

2. Primary User and Additional Drivers: The primary user is named in the booking confirmation. All other additional drivers must be registered with the FAAREN partner.

3. Authorized Third Parties: The authorized driver may allow other drivers listed in the booking confirmation to drive the vehicle for individual trips.

4. Other Persons: Other persons may only use the vehicle with the prior express and written consent of the FAAREN partner.

5. Minimum Age and License: All authorized drivers, including additional drivers, must be at least 18 years old and meet the same conditions as the primary user, including the required license duration and a valid driver’s license in Germany.

6. Proof of License: The validity of the driver's license must be proven to the FAAREN partner for all authorized drivers.

Customer Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all authorized drivers and third parties comply with FAAREN’s & Partner terms and conditions.
