FAAREN - the carefree vehicle subscription
At FAAREN, we strive to provide a good vehicle subscription experience for both our customers and our mobility partners. Above all, this includes transparency and fairness when returning and handing over the vehicle.
The Process
When the vehicle is handed over to you as the customer, as well as when the vehicle is returned at the end of your vehicle subscription, handover records are filled out and photos of the vehicle are taken. In this way, we ensure that any previous damage is not falsely attributed to you.
Typical wear and tear is already included in the vehicle subscription and is therefore not assessed. Accidental damage is covered up to the amount of the deductible included in your subscription. Damage or similar, which can be proven to have occurred during the use of the vehicle subscription, can be found under Insurance & Damage.
