How Do I Check the Status of My Booking? 📊
You can track the status of your booking as follows:

Review by FAAREN: Generally, bookings are reviewed by us within two business days after receipt.

Forwarding to Partner: After our review, the booking is forwarded to the respective partner.

Feedback from Partner: The partner will then contact you regarding the booking and the next steps.

Customer Dashboard: In the FAAREN customer dashboard, you can check the current status of your booking request at any time. Here you can see if the booking is being reviewed, has been forwarded, or has already been confirmed by the partner.
