How Do I Return My Vehicle? 🚗🔄

You have two options to return your vehicle:

1. Return at Partner Location:

   • Return your vehicle to the FAAREN partner where you initially picked it up at the beginning of your subscription.
   • For detailed information, please contact your partner.

2. Pick-Up Service:

   • Booking: Alternatively, you can book a pick-up service to have your vehicle collected at your desired location.
   • Costs: The costs for the pick-up service are calculated based on the same criteria as the delivery costs, namely the distance from your pick-up location to the FAAREN partner. The exact costs will be displayed in your customer account when booking the pick-up.
   • Additional Fees: Note that pick-ups on islands may incur additional fees for ferry transport.
